HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

In principle, we process your order as quickly as possible. Orders received on weekdays (Monday-Friday) by approximately 4:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day or the next day. Orders received on weekends are shipped on Mondays. Depending on the shipping company, you can expect the shipment to arrive in 2 to 4 business days. We cannot guarantee for delays with shipping companies (strike or similar).

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

In the future, our customers can choose between the following payment methods:
Paypal, Klarna,Visa Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Giropay, iDeal. Depending on the order value and creditworthiness, there is also the possibility of an installment payment via PayPal or Klarna.

HOW DOES AN EXCHANGE / RETURN WORK?

You can return all items purchased from the Simone Herrera online store to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, it is necessary to observe the following points when returning the goods:

Please return the goods to us in the original packaging.
Please use the return label that is enclosed with your invoice.

Please note that items can only be returned in their original condition and must not show any signs of use.
The same conditions apply to reduced goods.
Please be sure to keep the package delivery slip until the return is complete.
Simone Herrera bears the cost of returning the goods within Germany.

Attention: Please understand that we can only take back goods that were ordered in our online store. Items purchased in brick-and-mortar stores or via another online store cannot be claimed, returned or refunded in the Simone Herrera online store.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR VOUCHERS VALID?

Our vouchers are valid for three years.

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, an invoice is automatically included with every order. If you need a copy of your invoice, please feel free to contact us at any time. In this case, please send us an email to info (at) simone-herrera.com or simply call us.

Yes, for a small extra charge of 2.50 euros per gift we offer to wrap your gift.
